Founder & Managing Partner

Brian founded Team Ignite Ventures in 2020 after building products and businesses across Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, startups, and financial services. At AWS, he helped launch the SageMaker AI Marketplace. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from UC Berkeley, and hosts the Ignite Podcast.

Simon brings more than two decades of product leadership across AI and enterprise software. A four-time Chief Product Officer, he has guided companies through rapid growth, acquisitions, and both public-market and private-equity exits, giving founders a practical perspective on building and scaling enduring products.

Operating Partner

Renata specializes in go-to-market strategy and growth acceleration. Her experience spans high-growth startups and LinkedIn, where she led go-to-market work across major product lines. She helps early-stage founders build repeatable growth engines, sharpen positioning, and expand their networks.

Principal in Residence

Fahad is co-founder and head of product at Wind.app and previously co-founded Pathao. His background spans product, engineering, and design, with a focus on AI, B2B SaaS, and fintech companies.

Principal in Residence

Sreedhar focuses on AI, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He studied AI and distributed systems at Carnegie Mellon University and worked at Lacework through its acquisition by Fortinet. Outside work, he enjoys coffee shops, board games, and fitness competitions.

Kathrina leads portfolio operations and founder support, serving as the central point of contact for talent, customer, and investor introductions, ongoing updates, and execution requests across the portfolio.
